Since 2000 RoaringSky has provided browser-based business software architecture and applications to diverse organizations across numerous industries. Our mission is to provide our customers with powerful, easy-to-use, web distributed solutions in a fashion that allows them to choose the combination and breadth of products that meet their exact needs without shortfall or excess in both product and cost.
For over seven years we have provided mission-critical, web-based applications to diverse organizations across numerous industries. From these experiences, we recognized two dramatically common truths: many if not all our clients had a set of requirements or features in common regardless of their industry or business model, and the business software platforms most of our clients had previously invested considerable sums of money in did not adequately meet the needs of the organization that – more often than not – were the aspects of the company that differentiated them most in the market.
Drawing the conclusion that – in most cases – neither “homegrown” or “customizable” software gave businesses what they needed, we formulated a two-fold approach: a business framework and a suite of applications to run on the framework. The framework gives the customer an array of standard features including multi-hierarchical user management, security, connectivity to other business systems and data, zero redundancy. The application suite gives clients the option of using pre-built applications including CRM and Sales Force Automation, eCommerce, Analytics, Reporting, etc. And because of the independence of the framework and the suite, clients could write their own modules and plug them into the framework.
We named the framework ChannelDNA. We named the application suite ChannelSmart.
